Policies

Booking Policy

1. Reservation: Reservations can be made online, by phone, or by email. To secure a booking, a valid credit card or deposit is required.

2. Confirmation: A booking confirmation will be sent to you via email once the reservation is confirmed.

3. Minimum Stay: A minimum stay may be required during peak seasons or special events. Please check availability for specific dates.

Cancellation Policy

1. Standard Cancellations: Cancellations made more than (number of days)  before the arrival date will receive a full refund of the deposit.

2. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made [number of days] or fewer before the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee of [percentage or flat amount] of the booking value.

3. No-Shows: Guests who do not arrive on the scheduled date without prior notice will be charged the full booking amount.

Payment Policy
